Under National AIDS Control Programme–V (NACP-V), LEPRA Society implements the Samagra project in Madhya Pradesh, with the goal of reducing new HIV infections by 80% by 2025–26. The project transitioned from Project Subhiksha in September 2024 and is supported by Madhya Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (MPSACS) and Alliance India to addresses high-risk health vulnerabilities among incarcerated populations.
Implemented across 131 prisons and 67 other closed settings in Madhya Pradesh.
