Children affected by tuberculosis often face delayed diagnosis, leading to poor health outcomes and ongoing transmission, especially among vulnerable communities. LEPRA Society, as a Sub-Recipient under SAATHII, is implementing this project in Chhattisgarh (September 2024–March 2027) in partnership with the Central TB Division. The project aims to enhance early detection, improve treatment outcomes, and boost paediatric TB notifications through technology-enabled screening and active case finding.
Implemented across Chhattisgarh, operates on three levels:
Partnering to eliminate disease, restore dignity, and build inclusive communities.
