To address critical gaps in patient-level data entry under the National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP), LEPRA Society, in collaboration with the Telangana State NLEP Office and Hope Rises International (HRL), launched a two-year Data Strengthening Project (2023–2025). The initiative focused on improving the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of leprosy case reporting through enhanced use of NIKUSTH 2.0, the national web-enabled patient tracking system developed by the Central Leprosy Division
