Using a community-based approach, the project aims to improve access to preventive, early diagnosis, and treatment services for key communicable, vector-borne, and genetic blood diseases.
The project focuses on remote tribal communities, addressing gaps such as difficult terrain, dependence on traditional healers, poor hygiene practices, and limited ASHA support.
Partnering to eliminate disease, restore dignity, and build inclusive communities.
